How we work
Our approach
Stages
- 01
Stage 01
Listen
We start with your objectives, your boundaries, and what success looks like — before anything is created.
- 02
Stage 02
Align
We study your brand — its codes, its tone, its visual identity — so the work feels like yours from the start.
- 03
Stage 03
Curate
We design the scenes, the styling, and the options — shaped to your event, your channels, and what guests should walk away feeling.
- 04
Stage 04
Deliver
The final work, delivered through the channels your brand defines — print, email, QR, or WhatsApp — for instant guest access.
Common questions
Ideally 4–6 weeks. That gives us time to study your brand and build something tailored. Tighter timelines are possible — reach out and we'll be honest about what's feasible.
Around 2–3 minutes from capture to finished portrait. For a four-hour event, that's more than enough to serve a large guest list comfortably.
You do. Portraits and the first-party data behind them are transferred to your team for your own brand use. Our default is to retain this data only as long as needed to complete delivery, then delete it from our systems — we don't keep guest data long-term. The exact handling protocol is confirmed per engagement and in your contract.
Yes. We coordinate with your agency, venue, and AV team. We're used to fitting into existing production plans, not replacing them.
We share pricing privately once we understand the event, because each project is a bespoke software and creative production — shaped around your guest flow, brand standards, deliverables, and support needs. After a short brief, we'll send a clear proposal for the right configuration.
Yes. The technology is portable. If your event is elsewhere, we'll work out logistics together.
