Common questions
Ideally 4–6 weeks. That gives us time to study your brand and build something tailored. Tighter timelines are possible — reach out and we'll be honest about what's feasible.
Around 2–3 minutes from capture to finished portrait. For a four-hour event, that's more than enough to serve a large guest list comfortably.
You do. Portraits can be transferred to your team during or after the event for your own brand use. Guest-facing images are deleted from our systems by default once the event concludes — we don't retain guest data. If your event requires a specific data handling protocol, we'll align with it in advance.
Yes. We coordinate with your agency, venue, and AV team. We're used to fitting into existing production plans, not replacing them.
